The next clinic will be on June 3 & 4, 2021. It is for people who have not yet received their COVID-19 vaccine and for those 12-15 years of age. Consents for this clinic is now closed.

If you believe someone who is required to self-isolate for COVID-19 is not following the Class Order to self-isolate, you can call the Thunder Bay District Health Unit at (807) 625-5900 or Toll-Free at 1-888-294-6630.
