TRAINING NEEDS SURVEY

Over the course of the summer, a community survey will be completed by community members and residents of Pic River First Nation that will address the achieved (past and current) and the desired training and/or skills of it's membership and residents within the community.

The methods of information collection by the Training Needs Assesment will be collected through:

STAFF

Shannon Courchene
Training Needs Assessment Coordinator (Summer Student)

I have been hired as a summer student with Barrick-Hemlo to work with Pic River First Nation. The goal of my job is to find out the community members and residents achieved and desired training and/or skills. I will be completing this by surveying the members and current residents throughout the summer. The results from the training needs assessment will give a better perspective to what training and/or skills are needed in the community. Once the information is collected, I will be setting up a database that can be referenced for future use.
