Through various programs initiatives we will attempt to meet the needs of the community, whereby we will co-ordinate our effort toward the improvement of housing on the Pic River First Nation.

Goals and Objectives
 

To improve the Quality and Durability of housing for our members;

To ensure Safer and Healthier housing;

To reduce the Operating and Maintenance cost for our members;

To provide Employment Opportunities for community members;

To provide Training Opportunities to work toward developing our own skilled workforce;

To Build homes which minimize negative effects on the environment;

To Transfer Ownership of the housing units to our members
